Key Responsibilities
End-user and desktop support for Windows and macOSTroubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, VPN and network connectivitySupport SCCM, Microsoft Intune and Windows AutopilotSupport MDM/MAM and Multi-Factor AuthenticationTroubleshoot Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams and OneDriveSupport Active Directory and Group PolicyManage ServiceNow tickets and incidentsHandle software deployments, OS upgrades and endpoint issuesEscalate complex issues to L2/SME teams when required
Required Skills
5–8 years of Desktop/EUC support experienceMicrosoft Intune and SCCM/MECMWindows 10/11 and macOS troubleshootingActive Directory and Group PolicyMicrosoft 365 supportVPN, networking and printer troubleshootingServiceNow experienceExcellent communication and customer-support skills
