Responsibilities Utilize SCCM and Intune for desktop imaging, deployment, and management, ensuring compliance with company standards Provide deskside and remote support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues while managing ServiceNow tickets within SLA timelines Assist in managing LAN, wireless networks, and server infrastructure, troubleshooting outages and collaborating on cybersecurity measures Required Qualifications Proficiency in SCCM and Intune for desktop imaging and deployment Experience with ServiceNow for ticketing and ITSM processes Understanding of network basics, including LAN/WAN troubleshooting 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator, or ITIL are a plus
