Job description
Key Responsibilities
Deploy, configure, and maintain cloud infrastructure in AWS and Azure, including compute, storage, networking, and platform servicesImplement and support Single Sign‑On (SSO) integrations for cloud and SaaS applications using SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC)Integrate applications with Azure Entra ID (Azure AD) and AWS IAM following documented standards and best practicesSupport identity and access management (IAM) tasks such as role assignments, RBAC, MFA, and conditional access policiesDevelop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM/Bicep, or similar toolsAssist with hybrid connectivity (VPNs, ExpressRoute, Direct Connect) between on‑premises and cloud environmentsBuild and maintain automation scripts and CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure provisioning and updatesMonitor cloud environments for availability, performance, security, and cost, escalating issues as neededParticipate in incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for infrastructure and authentication issuesMaintain documentation, runbooks, and configuration standardsCollaborate with senior engineers and architects on cloud improvements and migrations
Required Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in infrastructure or cloud engineering rolesHands‑on experience with AWS and/or Azure in production environmentsPractical experience supporting SSO and identity federation for applicationsWorking knowledge of authentication and authorization concepts (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, MFA)Experience with Azure Entra ID (Azure AD) and AWS IAM fundamentalsExperience with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Azure CLI, AWS CLI)Solid understanding of cloud networking and security basicsStrong troubleshooting skills and ability to work within established standards
Preferred Qualifications
Associate‑level cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect – Associate, Azure Administrator)Experience integrating third‑party SaaS applications with SSOExposure to containers or Kubernetes (AKS, EKS)Experience supporting enterprise or hybrid environments
