Location: Frisco, TX (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months (Possibility of Extension)
Work Authorization: USC & GC Candidates Only
Key Skills:
• Jamf 400 (JAM400) Certification – Mandatory
• Strong hands-on experience with Jamf Pro
• Experience in Jamf support, troubleshooting, and production environments
• Hands-on experience with Jamf pipelines, workflows, and automation
• Strong knowledge of macOS administration and device management
• Scripting experience with Bash, Python, or similar languages
• Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and production-support skills
• Ability to analyze issues and provide effective technical solutions
What We're Looking For:
A Jamf-certified support professional who can manage Jamf Pro environments, troubleshoot macOS-related issues, support automation workflows, and handle production support activities in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
