ResponsibilitiesDesign and architect End User Computing (EUC) solutions including VDI, DaaS, and physical desktop environmentsLead digital workplace transformation initiatives aligned with business goalsArchitect and implement solutions using technologies like:Microsoft Intune / Endpoint ManagerSCCM (Microsoft Configuration Manager)Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) / Citrix / VMware HorizonDefine EUC strategy, roadmaps, and best practicesEnsure security, compliance, and governance across endpointsDrive automation and optimization of device lifecycle managementCollaborate with infrastructure, security, and cloud teamsLead migration projects (on-prem to cloud, legacy to modern workplace)Provide L3/L4 support and act as an escalation pointConduct capacity planning, performance tuning, and cost optimizationEvaluate and onboard new EUC tools and technologiesCreate architecture documentation, SOPs, and design frameworksRequirementsRequired Skills & ExpertiseStrong experience in:EUC Architecture & DesignVirtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)Endpoint Management (Intune, SCCM)Windows 10/11 enterprise environmentsHands-on experience with:Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)Citrix Virtual Apps and DesktopsVMware HorizonExpertise in:Active Directory, Group Policies (GPO)Identity & Access Management (IAM)Endpoint security tools (Defender, antivirus, DLP)Strong understanding of:Cloud platforms (Azure preferred)Networking fundamentals (VPN, DNS, DHCP)Scripting knowledge (PowerShell preferred)Experience in ITIL-based service management environmentsPreferred QualificationsCertifications such as:Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator / Azure Solutions ArchitectCitrix Certified Professional (CCP)VMware Certified Professional (VCP)Experience in large-scale enterprise environmentsExposure to Zero Trust architecture and modern workplace securityStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsSoft SkillsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong leadership and mentoring abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environmentStrong documentation and presentation skills
