Job description

REPONSIBILITIES:

Design, implement, and operate Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot for device provisioning, configuration, compliance, patching, and application deployment across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.Administer Microsoft Entra ID, including users, groups, devices, RBAC, MFA, SSO, and Conditional Access policies aligned with Zero Trust and secure access to Microsoft 365 and third-party applications.Implement endpoint security baselines, support Defender and compliance initiatives, ensure regulatory alignment, and participate in audits, incident response, and continuous security improvements.Support Azure-based services that enable the modern workplace, collaborate on hybrid and cloud-native identity/device strategies, and monitor configurations for performance, security, and cost optimization.Provide advanced troubleshooting for modern workplace issues, partner with service desk and engineering teams, and resolve complex endpoint, identity, and access-related incidents.Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and runbooks; evaluate new Microsoft workplace features; and recommend enhancements to improve user experience and operational efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and hands-on enterprise experience supporting modern workplace technologies.Hands-on enterprise experience with Microsoft Intune for device and application managementProven experience deploying and managing Windows Autopilot for device provisioning and lifecycle managementStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including users, groups, devices, and Conditional AccessExperience supporting Microsoft Azure and cloud-based workplace servicesDeep understanding of Windows 11, modern device management, and endpoint security conceptsStrong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills in an enterprise environmentMicrosoft certifications such as MD-102, SC-300, AZ-104, or MS-102 are preferred

COMPENSATION: The national average salary range is $120,000-$130,000. The salary may be higher or lower depending on internal equity and years of experience.
