Hands-on experience deploying and managing Windows 11 devices using Windows Autopilot and Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager.Strong knowledge of Group Policy, Windows Hello for Business, BitLocker, Active Directory, SSO, and MFA.Experience troubleshooting VPN, DNS, DHCP, IP addressing, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, Windows Firewall, and network security settings.Proficiency with application deployment, Windows Event Viewer, log analysis, performance optimization, ServiceNow, and Microsoft 365.Experience with patch management, vulnerability remediation, and PowerShell scripting for automation, reporting, and configuration.
