Job description
ResponsibilitiesProvision, configure, and maintain cloud compute, storage, and networking (secure and cost-aware)Manage infrastructure as code (Terraform or equivalent) and write scripts to eliminate manual toilOwn Linux server administration, patching, and hardening, plus core services (DNS, load balancing, certificates)Build and tune monitoring/observability so issues are caught early with meaningful alertsLead or support incident response and write blameless postmortems that drive real fixesAdminister identity and access — SSO, MFA, role-based access across cloud/SaaS tools (least-privilege)Support internal IT: endpoint provisioning, device security, onboarding/offboardingStrengthen security/compliance posture: backups, disaster-recovery procedures, controlsRequirements4+ years in systems/infrastructure engineering, IT ops, SRE, or relatedHands-on experience with a major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure) — compute, networking, IAMStrong Linux administration and command-line troubleshootingPractical infrastructure-as-code experience (Terraform, Ansible, or similar) and GitScripting ability in Bash plus at least one language (Python or Go)Solid networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP, TLS, VPNs, firewalls) and debugging skillMonitoring/incident experience (Datadog, Prometheus/Grafana, CloudWatch, or similar) with calm incident judgmentSecurity-first mindset: least privilege, secrets management, defense in depth
