Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Modern Workplace Platform Engineer to support the organization's strategic transition from traditional Citrix VDI to Microsoft Windows 365 Cloud PCs and Windows IoT-based endpoints. This individual will serve as a senior technical resource responsible for endpoint engineering, automation, platform modernization, and operational efficiency initiatives.

Required Technical Skills

Expert-level Microsoft Intune administration and engineeringStrong experience designing and managing Windows 365 Cloud PC environmentsExtensive experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)Advanced PowerShell scripting capabilitiesExperience leveraging Microsoft Graph API for automation and reportingStrong understanding of Windows endpoint lifecycle managementExperience with application packaging, deployment, and software lifecycle managementExperience with configuration profiles, compliance policies, and security baselinesExperience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 enterprise environmentsKnowledge of Conditional Access and Zero Trust principlesExperience with endpoint security controls and Microsoft Defender technologiesAbility to automate manual operational processes through scripting and orchestrationStrong troubleshooting skills across endpoint, identity, and cloud-managed environments

Primary Responsibilities

Cloud PC Engineering

Design, build, and maintain Windows 365 Cloud PC environmentsDevelop and improve Cloud PC provisioning standards and processesCreate and maintain Cloud PC image strategy and lifecycle managementPartner with architecture and security teams to implement future-state Cloud PC capabilitiesSupport Cloud PC DR, resiliency, and recovery planning initiativesEndpoint Engineering

Engineer and maintain Intune configuration profiles, compliance policies, update rings, and security baselinesLead troubleshooting efforts involving endpoint management platformsImplement and optimize endpoint security controlsCreate standards and governance processes for enterprise endpointsEvaluate new Microsoft endpoint technologies and capabilitiesAutomation & Platform Engineering

Develop automation solutions utilizing PowerShell and Microsoft Graph APIsEliminate manual operational tasks through workflow automationCreate self-service capabilities where practicalBuild reporting and monitoring solutions that improve operational visibilityDevelop reusable automation frameworks for provisioning, software deployment, and lifecycle managementWindows IoT & Device Modernization
