Job description
This position is based in Italy, in Brugherio (MB).
**Your Responsibilities**
- You are responsible for implementing, configuring and managing **Microsoft Intune** to ensure seamless device management and security.
- You will develop and implement strategies for **Unified Endpoint Management**, including software distribution, patch management and endpoint security to manage and secure all endpoints (Windows PCs, macOS, mobile devices, virtual clients).
- You will manage, maintain and support End User Computing **cloud services** to support business objectives and enhance IT infrastructure.
- You will implement **Security Policies** and procedures to ensure compliance and protect company data.
- You will provide **technical support and perform troubleshooting** for end-users and other IT teams. Liaising with the 1st level as well as the 2nd level support teams is key.
- You will create, maintain and update **software packages** for automated deployment.
- You will automate repetitive tasks to ensure compliance and increase efficiency.
- You will conduct **training sessions** and provide **technical guidance** to our internal customers on clients-related technologies and services.
- You will create and maintain technical documentation, guides and best practices.
- You will define the corporate hardware standards and its lifecycle together with our partners.
- You stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in information technologies and recommend improvements.
**Your Profile**
- Education BSc/MSc in Computer Science or a similar qualification or proven professional knowledge through professional career.
- At least 5 years’ working experience in a similar role with a strong focus on Microsoft and client management technologies
- Excellent customer and service orientation approach to handle the technical problems and understanding of processes and needs of an international industrial group.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a high level of self-initiative attitude and drive to get things done.
- Team players with the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
- Fluent Italian and English (German is a plus).

- A permanent, full-time employment contract under the Metalworking Industry National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL). The gross annual salary for this role ranges between €45,000 and €57,000. The final compensation package will be determined based on predefined, objective, fair, and gender-neutral criteria, including professional experience, relevant experience in a similar role, educational background, technical expertise, and soft skills.
